About Dr. Eberting
Dr. Eberting has been providing quality orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages since 2001. He attended Duke University, graduating in 1991 with a BA in History. He then attended Temple University School of Dentistry, receiving a scholarship from the U.S Navy during that time. Upon completing his dental training, he entered the Navy as a Lieutenant and spent his first year as a resident in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in San Diego. Dr. Eberting then transferred to a two-year duty as the dental department head onboard USS TRENTON (LPD-14) homeported in Norfolk, Virginia. He then returned to Temple University for his orthodontic residency, achieving his Master of Sciences degree in Oral Biology and his certificate in orthodontics in 2001.
Dr. Eberting is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Tennessee Association of Orthodontists, and is the past President of the Blount County Dental Society. He is also a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Eberting enjoys theater, music (including guitar, keyboards, bass, and singing) as well as running, politics, reading and movies. He has three children: Jaclyn, Juliana, and Jeffrey "Jeb" Jr.
