Kathrine McInnis
(Office Manager - Maryville) – I joined Dr. Eberting’s team in June 2012 as Scheduling Coordinator and was recently promoted to Office Manager. The best part of my job is having the opportunity to meet new and interesting people. I enjoy watching the patients gain confidence and self-esteem through Dr. Eberting’s and the team’s treatment and then having them leave our office with bright, beautiful smiles! When I am not in the office, I can be found doing numerous activities with my husband and three children.
Krista Masingo
(Office Manager – Hardin Valley) - I began my adventure in the world of orthodontics with Dr. Eberting in March 2011. In this role, I coordinate our team to better serve our patients. I want our patients to feel comfortable and to be pleased with the care they receive in our office. Prior to working with Dr. Eberting, I was a stay at home mother to five beautiful girls. Although I am still a full-time “Domestic Engineer”, now, I get to maintain relationships and problem solve for the patients and team members at Hardin Valley Orthodontics as well as my family. I believe that Dr. Eberting not only provides his patients with beautiful smiles, but he also changes lives in the process. It is amazing to see the transformation inside and out that takes place as treatment progresses. I am honored to be part of a team that consists of hardworking, invested, experienced, and professional people who are passionate about their jobs.
Kasey Dantzler
(Scheduling Coordinator) - I have been a member of Dr. Eberting’s team since December 2012 and am very excited to start my new career with him and his team. We have an excellent staff here, and I am very blessed to be a part of the team. I have an amazing daughter, Dakota. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family and doing outdoor activities.
Shannon Crye
(Clinical Assistant) - I am a Registered Dental Assistant and Lab Techincian and have worked in orthodontics for almost fifteen years. I have two children – Samuel and Allie – and a wonderful husband, Jonathan. In 2012, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and this journey has been a life-changing experience. I am blessed to say that I am a breast cancer survivor! I enjoy being a part of Dr. Eberting’s team, and I look forward to helping make your smile something you can be proud of.
Sarah Mapp
(Clinical Assistant) - I have been working with Dr. Eberting since 2005, and I could not ask for a better career – helping people have beautiful smiles. We have a lot of children in treatment with Dr. Eberting, and I enjoy working with the kids. There is nothing like helping a patient build his or her self-confidence. I also make orthodontic appliances – Dr. Eberting sent me to Buffalo, New York, several times to learn how to fabricate appliances and make retainers to help him carry out his treatment plans. In turn, I have taught the other assistants how to make these appliances. I am happily married and have a son named Malik. Svetlana Zayets
(Clinical Assistant) - I am originally from the Ukraine and moved to the United States about twenty years ago. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be in the dental field. My sister and I played "dentist" all of the time. I have been in the dental field since 2008. I was married in 2009 and moved to Knoxville shortly thereafter. I have been on Dr. Eberting’s team since 2009, and it has been a pleasure. I enjoy helping create perfect smiles every day with team who makes patient care a top priority. When I am not straightening teeth, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my son Jacob who was born February 3rd, 2012.
Ashley Myers
(Clinical Assistant) - I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2010 with certifications in radiology, nitrous oxide monitoring, and sealant placement. I have always had a passion for dentistry and could not be happier working with Dr. Eberting and this wonderful team. When I am not treating patients, I am spending time with my beautiful little girl and my family!
